- Continue with the practice development, whilst working with our clients their families, and carers, involving them in the decision making about their care and treatment, geared to individual needs, encouraging them to become involved in decisions relating to care delivery

- Respond positively to feedback from our clients, their family’s other health and social care professionals and our own staff
- Evaluate the performance of our staff and making recommendations for merit awards and personnel classification changes. Counselling and disciplining staff to enable achievement of Ollie Care Alliance Ltd objectives, particularly as related to high-quality client care.
- Manage the care service efficiently and effectively to make the best use of resources and to maximise value for money for the Client.

Love to serve you, with compassionate care
One of the staff has been the regular carer for my mother since she was discharged from hospital. My sister lives with my mother, and both cannot speak highly enough about the carer. They find her punctuality, attention to detail, politeness, professionalism and friendliness second to none. They both say she is a credit to your company. From my perspective, I deal directly with the manager. She has been professional, courteous and prompt to answer emails from the outset. I don't know for value for money as this is the first time we have had to have care for my mother and we have nothing to compare to, unfortunately.
