Preeti Mehan brings over seven years of invaluable experience in social care to her role as the Registered Manager at Ollie Care. Preeti successfully ran a home care agency for several years, where she demonstrated her adeptness in delivering high quality care. Under her guidance, the agency received a coveted “Overall Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), a testament to her dedication. Her outstanding work was further recognized when she received a Social Care Award for the home care branch, highlighting her impact and contributions to the sector.

Having completed his Master in Business Administration, he is equipped with a comprehensive understanding of core business functions like finance, marketing, operations, and strategy. This broad knowledge base has prepared him to make informed decisions, solve complex problems, and navigate competitive environments effectively.

- Respond positively to feedback from our clients, their family’s other health and social care professionals and our own staff
- Evaluate the performance of our staff and making recommendations for merit awards and personnel classification changes. Counselling and disciplining staff to enable achievement of Ollie Care Alliance Ltd objectives, particularly as related to high-quality client care.
- Manage the care service efficiently and effectively to make the best use of resources and to maximise value for money for the Client.
